The Scaffold Builder is responsible for the safe and efficient assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems at commercial, industrial, and shipyard job sites. This role involves working at heights, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring structures meet safety and design specifications. Scaffold Builders must follow site safety protocols, communicate clearly with team members, and complete tasks according to schedule.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions

Comfort working at heights

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

OSHA 10 (preferred but not required — we can provide training)

Basic understanding of scaffold components and systems (a plus)
