About Us:
We're growing and adding a Registered Dental Assistant to support two established general dental practices, one in Denton (on I-35E) and one in Flower Mound. This full-time role splits your week across both friendly, patient-focused offices. Whether you're newly certified or experienced, you could be a fit. New grads welcome, and we'll help you grow alongside the doctors as the practices expand.
What you'll do: Chairside assisting across general, restorative, and cosmetic care (both offices offer Invisalign, implants, and restorative work; the Flower Mound office adds sedation and sleep apnea therapy), digital radiographs, sterilization and setup, and patient prep and education.
What we're looking for: Active Texas RDA certification · dependable, positive team player · reliable transportation and willingness to work across two nearby cities · eagerness to learn and grow with a supportive doctor team.
Schedule: Mon/Tue 7:45am–4:00pm (Denton – Stone Creek) · Wed/Thu 7:45am–5:00pm (Flower Mound Family Dentistry) · Fri 7:45am–12:00pm.
Compensation: $18-$23/hr (depending on experience)
