Duties
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schematics, HVAC design plans, and safety protocols
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units mostly residential light commercial.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams to accurately install or repair HVAC equipment
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service by communicating effectively with clients about work progress and system care
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems installation and repair processes
- Ability to operate hand tools efficiently; experience with equipment troubleshooting is essential
- Valid driver’s license (including <PERSON> driver if applicable) for job site travel;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
