A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient practice in Riverside, Rhode Island. You'll join a supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and experienced clinical staff dedicated to providing exceptional primary care to patients of all ages.
Position Highlights
- Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000 (DOE)
- 100% Outpatient Practice
- Monday-Friday Schedule
- No Call
- No Weekends
- Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
- Only 10–15 Patients Per Day
- Two Dedicated Medical Assistants Assigned to Each Provider
- Collaborative, Team-Based Practice
- NextGen EMR
This practice is intentionally designed to allow physicians the time needed to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care without the pressure of excessive patient volumes.
Physicians with 5+ years of experience may also be considered for a senior provider role with clinical leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health exams and wellness visits
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary providers
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate documentation using NextGen EMR

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Rhode Island Medical License
- DEA License (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
- 5+ years of Family Medicine experience for physicians interested in leadership opportunities
