This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys creating exceptional employee experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly. As the HR Coordinator reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a key resource for employees, candidates, leadership, and visitors while managing many of the essential administrative and operational functions that support the employee lifecycle. Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and employee-related transactions
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee, applicant, and visitor inquiries
- Support HR operations through training coordination, reporting, meetings, and employee events
- Maintain compliance records and assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives
- Support employee engagement and employer branding through internal communications, social media, and career site updates
Requirements for Human Resources Coordinator:
- 1+ years of human resources or HR administrative support experience
- Associate degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn HRIS platforms and business software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
