We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation to support kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety protocols and handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize knife skills and slicing techniques efficiently to prepare ingredients.
- Support catering events and food service operations with timely meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety standards in production.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and uphold the resort’s culinary excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, kitchen, or catering is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Strong knife skills, including slicing techniques, essential for efficient prep work.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
