Danielle Madonna Psychotherapy Services is a growing private practice specializing in trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, codependency, EMDR, men's mental health, and first responder populations. We provide thoughtful, depth-oriented care for adults seeking more than symptom management alone.
We are seeking a warm, relational, and trauma-informed clinician to join our practice as a Fee-for-Service Independent Contractor (1099). This position is ideal for a therapist who values meaningful clinical work, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic formulation using DSM IV criteria
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy,
- Implement evidence-based interventions for clients with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, chronic pain, and other mental health conditions.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions while maintaining clinical documentation standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and patient care goals; monitor progress through data collection and medical records review.
- Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management when necessary to ensure client safety and stability.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification applicable to your state (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) with current licensure in good standing.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099/Fee-for-Service).
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
- Availability for a minimum caseload commitment of 3-5clients weekly, to grow if desired.
- Evening availability at least 1-2 days per week preferred.
- Having a private HIPPA compliant space to offer therapy services virtually.
- Values depth-oriented therapy over purely symptom-focused treatment.
- Ideal candidates should have experience or a strong interest in:
- Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)
- Attachment wounds and relational trauma

Pay: $60.00 - $130.00 per hour
