Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care and services

Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role
