Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction projects. Duties
- Develop, execute, and oversee site-specific safety plans aligned with construction management goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution of safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and other relevant regulations governing construction workplace safety.
- Monitor adherence to construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards and local codes.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement in construction safety management practices.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations, OSHA compliance requirements, and occupational health best practices.
- Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify hazards proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Proven experience in construction management software and safety management systems to track compliance activities and incident reports.
- Excellent team leadership capabilities with the ability to train, motivate, and influence diverse teams on safety protocols.
- Familiarity with safety procedures, hazard communication programs, first aid/CPR certification, and occupational health expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
