Bayfront Strategies is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. We are an authorized B2B partner of AT&T, helping local businesses access reliable wireless and internet solutions.
This is an opportunity designed for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish and looking to start a career in sales, business development, and customer service. No prior experience is required, full training is provided.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Sales Associate
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to local businesses
- Learn and communicate AT&T wireless and internet solutions in both English and Spanish
- Identify business needs and recommend tailored service packages
- Support new account setup, activation, and customer onboarding
- Build strong relationships with business clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications of the Bilingual Sales Associate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills in both languages
- Interest in sales, customer service, and business development
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (entry level friendly)
