Janitor / Kennel Assistant
We are a busy exotic animal practice seeking an enthusiastic janitor to join our team. We are looking for part-time, long term help.
The janitor / kennel assistant position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, stocking supplies, sterilizing instruments, and cleaning exam rooms and surgical suite.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Enthusiastic
- Dependable
- Good sense of humor
- Have excellent communication skills
Janitorial experience preferred but not required. If you enjoy people and cleaning, are a team player and are willing to learn...we are willing to train you to do the job.
The schedule we are needing to fill is as follows: Monday - Friday 1pm - Close (6pm or when the work is done, whichever is later).
