Your proactive approach will help streamline operations, support equipment maintenance and repair services, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories quickly and accurately.
- Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and maintaining organized storage areas using inventory management systems like CMMS or POS software.
- Process sales transactions efficiently through cash handling, POS systems, and retail math calculations while ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with the service team to fulfill orders promptly and ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain effective communication with customers via phone etiquette, follow-up calls and etc.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products to enhance retail sales and dealership visibility.
- Conduct routine maintenance of the parts department, including organizing stockroom areas and updating inventory records with organizational skills.
Experience
- Previous dealership or retail sales experience in farm equipment parts environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of repair processes, and maintenance techniques.
- Proven ability in inventory management, stock control, order fulfillment, and using POS systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with cashiering, retail math, cash handling, and phone etiquette to ensure smooth transactions and customer interactions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
