Overview
Join our dynamic team as a weekend Leasing Agent and become the key driver in connecting prospective resudents with their ideal apartment homes. Office hours are 10-4 Saturday and 12-4 Sunday.
In addition to the posted hourly rate, a $100.00 commission is paid per apartment leased.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital communication to showcase available properties and answer client move in inquiries.
- Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards.
- Build strong client rapport by practicing excellent communication skills, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
Note: This position requires 100% attendance on both Saturday and Sundays through Sunday October 4.
- Proven experience in property management with a focus on residential rental leasetransactions.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with knowledge of real estate law and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales technology adoption tools for efficient workflow management.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for practicing active listening and building lasting client relationships.
- Organizational skills that support managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.91 - $27.59 per hour
