Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Caretaker / Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential & rental properties. This role involves managing relationships, ensuring property upkeep, and coordinating maintenance activities to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for property & asset management to uphold property standards.
Duties:
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure all properties (4), buildings, and assets are safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify repair needs and coordinate timely maintenance or repairs
- Recruitment and Management of seasonal & year-round staff (2-6)
- Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance
- Understanding and Maintenance of HVAC, utilities, and various advanced infrastructure systems
- Operation & Maintenance of heavy equipment, recreational vehicles (ATV's, snow machines, etc), various boats, and passenger vehicles
- Snow removal, plowing, and sanding during winter months
- Interaction with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as needed
- Administrative responsibilities that include monthly expense reporting and partial payroll administration
- Ability to manage property maintenance activities efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and legal compliance documentation.
- Transportation of owners and guests as needed
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
