We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence in guest services.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
- Provide information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle payments efficiently.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in valet parking operations when necessary, ensuring vehicles are handled with care.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
Skills
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a dealership or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to create welcoming experiences for guests.
- Ability to understand manual transmission vehicles is beneficial for assisting automotive customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
