Customer Service Representative
$20-$25/hour, based on experience + Spiffs!
Full-Time | Elgin, IL Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Advantage Contractor Solutions, a family-owned company proudly serving the community since 1992, is looking for an organized, upbeat, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Elgin team! If you're great on the phone, thrive in a busy environment, and have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls and emails

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls

Coordinate daily schedules and appointment changes

Communicate with customers regarding appointments and follow-ups

Keep customer information and service records accurate and up to date

Work closely with technicians, sales, and office staff

Help resolve customer questions and concerns

Keep things organized when schedules and priorities change
What We're Looking For

At least one year of customer service experience
-
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or other trades experience strongly preferred

Previous dispatching or service scheduling experience is a big plus

Strong phone and communication skills

Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment

Computer proficiency

Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
