We're searching for a hands-on Restaurant Manager / Front of House Manager to lead daily operations at a busy golf course restaurant and event venue. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, delivering outstanding guest service, and creating a fun, positive culture.

What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate the service team
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage labor, staffing, and daily operations
- Work closely with the culinary team to deliver consistent service
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
We're Looking For
- Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, Assistant General Manager, Dining Room Manager, Hospitality Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- High-energy personality with excellent guest service abilities
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Event, banquet, country club, golf club, upscale casual, or full-service restaurant experience is a plus
