Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to join our team who is committed to upholding high standards of efficiency and attention to detail. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the guest rooms during the evening, holding cleanliness standards and exceptional guest experiences in all guest rooms, thereby creating an inviting and welcoming environment as guests settle into their rooms for the evening. The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail in order to ensure that our facility is always presented in the best possible manner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and ready to contribute to the team’s overall goal.
- Perform routine turndown cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure guest rooms are clean and welcoming during the evening. This may include setting up amenities, humidifiers, and other cleaning duties.
- Remove all trash, vacuum, and dust all spaces as needed
- Monitor guest rooms for safety hazards and promptly address or report any concerns to ensure the safety of visitors. This includes maintaining clear emergency exits and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Report maintenance and repair needs promptly to the appropriate department or supervisor. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address issues efficiently.
- Properly manage and dispose of waste and recyclables according to established protocols.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment. Place orders for restocking as needed.
- Ensure that guest rooms comply with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects that weigh 25 pounds or less without aid is required. Assistance will be necessary for objects weighing over 50 pounds.
