Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Associate IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier IT professionals across various technical disciplines. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes for IT roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and talent pools to identify qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand staffing requirements and promote employer branding efforts
- Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns for technical positions across multiple channels including social media platforms and job boards
- Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal standards during all stages of recruitment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively
Experience
- As an Associate, you will work side-by-side with a Senior Technical Recruiter to master the art of full-cycle IT recruiting. Our goal is to provide you with the training and tools you need to transition into a full Recruiter role.

- Location and Hours: Leawood, KS, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

- Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
