Location: Brooklyn, New York
Compensation range: $60-$65 per hour

Role & Responsibilities:
- RFI Tracking: Expertise in tracking and managing Request for Information (RFI) processes.
- Contract Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Forecast & Cost Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed forecasts and cost schedules for project timelines.
- Change Order Review: Prepare and review change orders, ensuring clarity and adherence to project requirements.
- Payment Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of payment processes, facilitating accurate and timely payments.
Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering
- Proven knowledge and expertise in RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, change order review, and payment review.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
