Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation – Project / Program Manager for a long-term onsite contract opportunity in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP project leadership experience, deep Oracle Fusion implementation background, and the ability to manage enterprise-scale transformation programs across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, PLM, and HCM modules.
This role requires a senior-level professional who has successfully led multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations and can work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation, support, enhancement, and transformation programs across multiple business functions.
- Manage Oracle Fusion project planning, execution, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state business processes, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Manage implementation activities across major Oracle Fusion tracks including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and HCM.
- Provide functional leadership across R2R – Record to Report modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide delivery oversight across O2C – Order to Cash modules including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, revenue-related processes, customer invoicing, and collections workflows.
- Support P2P – Procure to Pay implementation activities including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, purchasing workflows, invoice processing, approvals, and supplier onboarding.
- Coordinate PLM – Product Lifecycle Management activities including Product Data Hub, product master data, item setup, innovation management, product governance, and lifecycle process alignment.
- Support HCM – Human Capital Management workstreams including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, employee data, workforce processes, and HR system integrations.
- Work with Oracle Fusion functional consultants, technical teams, business analysts, data migration teams, QA teams, and integration teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Review and validate functional design documents, configuration documents, test plans, cutover plans, training materials, and deployment readiness documentation.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, change requests, and escalation points.
- Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder review meetings.
- Ensure implementation teams follow project governance, documentation standards, testing discipline, change control, and release management processes.
- Manage UAT planning, defect triage, business validation, issue resolution, and sign-off coordination with business users.
- Coordinate with data migration teams to support master data, transactional data, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Partner with integration teams to support Oracle Fusion integrations with third-party systems, legacy ERP platforms, reporting tools, HR systems, procurement platforms, and finance applications.
- Support change management, user readiness, training coordination, communication planning, and business adoption activities.
- Provide leadership during go-live, hypercare, stabilization, post-production support, and enhancement prioritization.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions align with business requirements, compliance needs, audit expectations, security rules, approval workflows, and operational controls.
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans with business and technology leadership.
- Manage vendor coordination, implementation partner activities, offshore/onshore delivery teams, and client-side project resources.
- Maintain strong communication with business leadership, IT leadership, functional leads, technical leads, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure the Oracle Fusion program is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business value expectations.
- 15–20 years of overall ERP / enterprise application implementation experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
- Strong experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Functional Lead in Oracle Fusion implementation programs.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience is required.
- Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion support, enhancement, upgrade, and stabilization projects.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion modules across Finance, Procurement, Order Management, PLM, and HCM.
- Strong experience with R2R modules including GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial close, and reporting processes.
- Strong experience with O2C processes including Order Management, AR, Billing, customer invoicing, and collections.
- Strong experience with P2P processes including Procurement, AP, Supplier Management, purchase orders, approvals, and invoice processing.
- Strong understanding of PLM processes including Product Data Hub, product master data, and innovation management.
- Strong understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and workforce processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specifications, process flows, design documents, and implementation plans.
- Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, testing meetings, and executive project updates.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration concepts, workflows, approvals, security roles, reporting, integrations, and data migration dependencies.
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with business users, IT teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior leadership.
- Strong documentation, presentation, project governance, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Irvine, CA.
