Aloma Shim and Manufacturing Company is a metal fabrication job shop located in Verona, Pennsylvania.
We have immediate openings for experienced welder/fabricators. These are direct hire,1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
Requirements:
· Previous experience with GMAW welding to AWS D1.1. (3G unlimited preferred)
· Previous experience reading and interpreting customer drawings.
· Ability to lift/handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to use manual measuring instruments to inspect parts.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision.
· Ability to work collaboratively with others.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Excellent attendance
· Must be able to pass a physical, drug test and criminal background test.
· Some overtime is mandatory when needed.
· Two year program in a welding school preferred.
Benefits:
· Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience. We pay weekly. Direct deposit is available.
There is a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
· Health insurance benefits and paid holidays after 90 day introductory period. Paid vacation available after 6 months, 401K after first year.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
