We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support in various financial transactions. You will assist members with their inquiries, facilitate loan processing, and ensure a smooth banking experience while adhering to our policies and procedures.
Duties
- Provide outstanding member service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with loan processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Manage member accounts, including cash management and transaction processing.
- Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and perform necessary calculations involving debits and credits.
- Conduct fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard member accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication and relationship management.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services or banking is required.
- Strong math skills to accurately process transactions and manage accounts.
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software systems to facilitate efficient operations.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the day-to-day handling of member transactions is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry tasks.
