Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving and possess the necessary skills to handle various types of trucks, including flatbed, tanker, refrigerated trailers, and dump trucks. Your commitment to safety and customer service will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute route driving to deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring secure transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
- Cargo van, box truck, Straight truck from the year 2013
