Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.

This trainee-level job class is designed for individuals beginning their careers in a targeted field and involves performing a wide-range of professional-level positions. This position requires a degree in the targeted job field. The employee will work under direct supervision for a period of time (up to two years) until the employee meets the minimum qualification of the targeted position. After becoming qualified, the employee will be eligible for promotion.
Must have a
post-high school degree in the assigned position.
NOTE: Employees hired as a professional trainee will work no more than two (2) years to be eligible for promotion.
