This position is anticipated to work Tuesday – Friday evenings from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and varied hours on Saturdays.
The Recreation Leader works directly with adults with disabilities to ensure the safe delivery of the Adaptive Adult Recreation Program. Reports directly to the Adaptive Recreation Coordinator, and assists with the implementation of programs, activities, and events for participants. Leaders are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation including attendance records, participant progress notes, transportation logs, and incident reports. This role maintains open communication with participants, their families, community partners, and staff to support participants and overall program quality. Leaders are responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operations of the program.

High school diploma or GED required.
Applicants must be age eighteen (18) years or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
