Longfellow’s Coffee in Mahwah is looking for a reliable, energetic Barista to join our team.
We’re a fast-paced café focused on great coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who works well under pressure, pays attention to details, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other hot and cold beverages to order
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer
- Keep the bar, café, and workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures
- Support the team during busy periods and help keep service running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Barista or foodservice experience is preferred, but not required
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to move with urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
