We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support a high-volume, purchase-focused branch. This is a great opportunity for someone with mortgage experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping loan files organized and moving efficiently to close.

- Former mortgage professionals looking to return to the industry
- Experienced LOAs, Loan Coordinators, or Loan Setup Specialists
What You’ll Do
- Set up new loan files and ensure accurate system entry
- Collect and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, disclosures)
- Review files for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Assist with disclosures, loan pricing support, and file flow
- Partner with Loan Officers to move files efficiently through processing and closing
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates and ensure a smooth experience
What We’re Looking For
- Mortgage experience required (LOA, Loan Coordinator, or similar)
- Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and process flow
- Ability to manage multiple files in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Encompass (or similar LOS) preferred
- NMLS license required
