The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hilton brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
- Replace linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow all company safety, OSHA, and cleanliness standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
