Every new team member starts at $21.00 per hour during paid training while learning from experienced professionals.
This position is the starting point for many of our installers. As you gain experience, develop new skills, and prove yourself, you'll have opportunities to move into specialized installation roles throughout our remodeling division.
The more you learn, the more valuable you become—and the more opportunities you'll have to grow both professionally and financially.
We believe in promoting from within because we'd rather develop great people than constantly hire them.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while learning the skills needed to build a successful career in residential remodeling.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting experienced installation crews on residential remodeling projects
- Preparing materials, tools, and job sites
- Supporting the installation of home improvement products
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Learning valuable construction and remodeling techniques
- Building hands-on experience in a variety of residential remodeling projects

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, moving, roofing, framing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, or other hands-on work is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
