Pathfinders Inc is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Horsham, PA!
Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
- Accurately enter and update policy information
- Resolve issues
- Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
- Provide price quotes to prospective customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service or call center experience
- Previous insurance experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must be available for local or US travel 1-5 times yearly

- Pay: $21-22/hr based on experience
