Job Title: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant – Acute Care / Family Medicine (2 Openings)

Position Summary:
JFMC Clinics is currently seeking two Certified Medical Assistants to support our acute care and family medicine clinic. The ideal candidates will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role will involve both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and collect vital signs
- Obtain and document accurate medical histories
- Assist providers with exams and clinical procedures
- Support patient intake and rooming processes
- Perform basic clinical tasks as directed
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent certification Prefered)
- Experience in acute care, family medicine, or primary care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and electronic health records
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Clean background check required
