Position Summary:
You will report to the Location(s) General Store Manager. Your primary responsibility is to guide each guest's
vehicle onto the conveyor safely & assist guests with their purchase decisions and achieve your sales goals
with Fast Pass memberships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas general labor, working outdoors, guest service,
sales, retail, service industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on, outdoor position; !:JOU must be willing to work in the heat/cold and get your
hands a little dirt!:J.
- Check vehicles before they enter the tunnel to ensure there are no safety issues.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience b!:J being friendly to guests and handling vehicles with
extreme ca re.
- Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping,
cleaning windows, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by management.
- Follow all Racewa!:J Car Wash safety procedures and policies.
- Warml!:J greet guests and personalize their visit by using trained procedures.
- Utilize sales scripts to help promote our products including membership sales & daily specials.
- Utilize problem solving, active listening, and soft sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
and quotas.
- Operate a tablet and Point-Of-Sale system to invoice and properly order vehicles to be loaded into
the tunnel.
- As needed, assist Production crews with vacuuming, sweeping, and managing the vehicle queue.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
