In this role, you’ll help keep our community connected by providing reliable, accurate, and friendly service across multiple touchpoints.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public service and build a pathway toward full-time employment with the City.Work ScheduleSunday – Saturday, including nights and weekendsVariable hours based on operational needsWhat You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in daily transit operations by: Assisting customers in person and over the phoneProcessing fare payments using the UMO fare systemProviding trip planning assistance and route informationSupporting community partners and agency staff with transit guidanceAssisting with photo ID processing during business hoursDelivering professional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment??
