We are a growing, established company seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams while driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
- Lead, coach, and develop location managers and teams
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, labor, and inventory
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
- Implement company initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain high standards of customer service and team accountability
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, QSR, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with P&L oversight and performance metrics
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
