Help Build Something Meaningful from the Ground Up
At a.c.e. therapies, we believe the best clinical programs are built by clinicians. As a clinician-owned and operated organization, we prioritize quality care, strong clinical leadership, and creating environments where both clients and staff can thrive.
We're seeking an ambitious, passionate BCBA to become the Founding Clinical Director of our newest location in Coal City, Illinois. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who is excited about more than just managing a caseload—you'll help shape the future of an entire program.
As the Clinical Director, you will play a critical role in launching, developing, and growing our Coal City clinic. You'll work alongside executive leadership to establish a strong presence in the community, develop referral relationships, create a positive clinic culture, and build a high-quality ABA program from the ground up.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
This is not a role where you step into an existing clinic.
This is an opportunity to:
- Help identify and understand community needs through market research and outreach
- Build relationships with local schools, physicians, therapists, and community organizations
- Assist in developing clinic programming, processes, and systems
- Establish the culture and clinical standards of a brand-new location
- Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Help recruit and mentor future team members
- Grow organically alongside the clinic and become a key leader in its long-term success
As the program grows, you will develop and maintain your own clinical caseload while continuing to provide leadership and oversight of the location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical support to behavior technicians
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services

- Support hiring, training, and mentoring of clinical staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and clinically excellent culture
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Passion for program development and leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with community outreach, leadership, or clinic development preferred but not required
