Position Summary:
Person in this position will be responsible for the data collection, clerical and secretarial aspects of the program. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
Essential Job Functions:

General secretarial support to the office, i.e., scheduling appointments, correspondence, handling incoming/outgoing phone contacts, and other related clerical duties;

Prepared and Send FedEx packages

Set up interviews for all our facility

Provide clerical support to the program staff as requested;

Collection of any relevant data;

Maintain filing system for any relevant files;

Entry of any relevant data into computer system:
-
Review and distribute, when appropriate, all incoming mail and faxes addressed to the program and staff;

Payroll: collected time sheets; input time onto system payroll sheet; sorted paychecks and handed out paychecks

Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Arizona; and

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
Certifications/Licenses:

Possess or able to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card

Able to pass Arizona Central Registry background check

During your tenure with WestCare there may be new requirements, including, but not limited to vaccinations that are issued by local, State, Federal, and/or Funders that WestCare may have to comply with. Should this occur Human Resources or appropriate personnel will inform you.
Education:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience and Competencies:
-
Past experience in a secretarial position, preferably in a social service setting;
-
One (1) year data experience;
-
Veteran and/or military experience preferred;
-
Excellent communication skills;
-
Superior writing skills;
-
Attention to detail;
-
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;

Ability to work well in a team environment;

Superior organizational skills;
-
Strong computer skills, to encompass all Microsoft Office applications;

Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality; and

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Working Conditions:

Work is primarily performed in an office or residential treatment setting; and

Some outdoor activities may be required.
