Duties
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles and complete scheduled deliveries throughout the assigned service area.
- Review delivery paperwork and verify each order before leaving the warehouse.
- Confirm cabinet quantities, SKUs, accessories, moldings, panels, and other items against the packing list or delivery ticket.
- Properly secure cabinets and materials inside the delivery vehicle to prevent damage during transportation.
- Unload cabinets and related products at customer locations and job sites.
- Carefully check each cabinet and item during unloading to confirm the correct quantity and identify visible damage.
- Organize delivered products in the designated area when required.
- Review the delivered order with the customer, contractor, installer, or job-site representative when applicable.
- Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery after the order has been verified.
- Photograph and document damaged, missing, incorrect, or refused products.
- Immediately communicate delivery discrepancies or customer concerns to the warehouse/customer service team.
- Protect cabinetry from scratches, dents, water, and other damage during loading, transportation, and unloading.
- Assist the warehouse team with loading and order verification when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck.
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers, contractors, builders, and other job-site personnel.
- Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and hazardous materials regulations during all operations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Previous delivery, warehouse, furniture, appliance, building-material, or cabinetry experience preferred.
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial delivery vehicles preferred.
- Must be dependable and able to report to work on time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately check quantities and product numbers.
- Ability to read delivery tickets, packing lists, and basic order paperwork.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for delivery confirmations, photographs, navigation, and communication.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse/delivery team.
- Must be able to safely handle large, heavy, and sometimes fragile cabinetry.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols for dangerous goods
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position. Employees must be able to:
- Regularly lift and carry 50–75 lbs., with team lifting used for heavier or oversized cabinets.
- Repeatedly load and unload cabinets throughout the workday.
- Bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and carry products.
- Safely use hand trucks, dollies, carts, and other delivery equipment.
- Work indoors and outdoors in typical Florida weather conditions.
- Safely navigate construction sites, warehouses, residential homes, and commercial properties.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
