Job Summary: Customer facing role to service/repair furniture in-store & in customer homes & handle customer service related inquiries.
Responsibilities: Repairing wood, upholstery, and mechanisms, often requiring experience in refinishing, color matching, and customer service, with typical duties including customer home visits, on-site repairs, frame rebuilding, part fabrication, and ensuring quality standards, with requirements ranging from basic skills to extensive experience.
Experience and Education: Possesses beginning to working knowledge to the subject matter. Typically requires a high school diploma, drivers license & clean driving record. Experience preferred, but training will be provided to the right person.
Reports to: Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
