Haggard Electric's North Central Washington branch is growing, and we're looking for 02 Residential Journeymen who can run their own work - and work everything residential. New homes, multi-family, remodels, and service calls — across the Wenatchee Valley, Lake Chelan, and North Central Washington.
Hours: Currently Monday-Thursday, 10 hour days

The Work —
· New-construction single-family homes and custom builds
· Multi-family projects — apartments, condos, ADUs
· Remodels, panel changes, and service upgrades
· Residential service calls and troubleshooting
· Pools, hot tubs, and spas — bonding, GFCI protection, and equipment hookups
· Landscape and outdoor wiring — low-voltage lighting, exterior circuits, water features
What You'll Do
· Run residential work independently — layout, rough-in, trim, and inspections
· Handle service calls start to finish: diagnose it, quote it, fix it right the first time
· Represent Haggard on site — homeowners and inspectors should be glad it's you who showed up
What You Need
· Current Washington (02) Residential Electrician license in good standing with L&I
· Solid experience across residential new construction, remodel, and service work
· Proficient bending and running conduit — EMT and PVC, clean and plumb
· Comfortable with Article 680 work (pools, spas, hot tubs) or ready to get there fast
· Strong troubleshooting instincts — you find the problem, not just the symptom
· Valid driver's license with a record clean enough to drive a company van
· Own hand tools; show up on time, every time
· Self-managing — we hand you the work and trust you to run it. We won't micromanage good electricians.
The Pay
$27-40/hour DOE + medical/dental/HSA/FSA, paid holidays, PTO, retirement
Full-time, year-round work - we keep our people busy through winter
