Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of residential PLUMBING install technicians
- Drive performance using call-by-call management and real-time coaching
- Maximize results by monitoring key Plumbing KPIs
- Use Service Titan daily for dispatching, job costing, reporting, and technician performance tracking
- Conduct technician ride-alongs, one on ones, weekly meetings, and sales training
- Ensure top-level customer service and job quality
- Collaborate with company leadership to execute growth strategies and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a residential Plumbing leadership or Install manager role
- Strong proficiency in Service Titan (required)
- Proven success with call-by-call coaching and team accountability
- Deep understanding of Plumbing installs, local code, and customer experience
- Strong knowledge of PLUMBING business best practices
- Ability to track and interpret data and KPIs to improve team results
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and retain top talent
