Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves transporting products from our facility to various locations in the Tri-State area. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-focused, and customer service-oriented, with a clean driving record and the ability to handle long-distance driving on a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle (16-20" Box Trucks) to deliver goods in the Tri-State Area
- Load and unload product at delivery locations (using hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed)
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Complete all required delivery documentation (invoices, logs, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on the vehicle
- Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Forklift certification is a plus
