What You’ll Do
As a Charge Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role on your shift:
- Lead and support CNAs and nursing staff
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Communicate with families, providers, and care team
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license (Missouri)
- Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
