Summary
We are seeking Kitchen Staff to join our team at Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai in the US. This role is essential in delivering our signature quality dishes and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Kitchen Staff will work to prepare fresh ingredients, cook menu items to our standards, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.We are looking for enthusiastic team members for the following positions:
[KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER - Part-Time]
- Prepare ingredients, cook ramen and other Japanese dishes to order
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas as needed
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Free shift meal provided.
- Pay Range (Approximate): $20.00 - $25.00+ per hour (※Range includes Tips)
- Payrate: $16.90/hour + tips
※Opportunities for advancement up to Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager
※Tips, Free meal during work, uniform provided

Notes:
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but Not Required
- Ramen experience and Japanese language skills are a plus, but Not Required.
- Food Handler certification will be needed. Training will be provided if not in possession of valid certification.

Our expansion into the US began in 2014 when we opened our first location in Costa Mesa, CA.
