Job Summary
Always Evolving Management Inc. is hiring Wireless Retail Sales Associates for our in-store retail team. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers to assist with phone activations, upgrades, billing support, and product recommendations.
This is an in-person retail position, not a remote or door-to-door role.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and billing questions
- Recommend phone plans, devices, and accessories based on customer needs
- Upsell products to improve the customer’s experience
- Keep displays organized and presentable
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and training provided
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and retail holidays
- Interest in electronics and wireless technology
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
