Gutter Cleaner / Windows Cleaner / General Home Services
Job Description
We're a small, growing residential home services company. You'll be working directly with the owner, not reporting to a corporate chain. Looking for a motivated, reliable worker to join the team. No experience required, but experience earns you more pay almost immediately.
Primary Role:
- Clean gutters on residential homes (interior and exterior)
- Pressure wash concrete driveways and surfaces
- Soft wash residential home exteriors (siding)
- Clean windows
Additional Work (good to know):
For the next several months, a significant portion of the work will be window cleaning, mostly exterior and interior as well though far less frequently. This ad is listed as gutter cleaner, and I'm aiming to hire someone comfortable on a ladder, but window cleaning during summer months is the vast majority of what we do, which is likely easier than cleaning gutters. What We're Looking For:
No specific experience required, any physically demanding job is a good sign. What matters: you show up, work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and can handle working independently. Even cleaning windows is physically demanding, so stamina and endurance is necessary.
Requirements:
One requirement; a vehicle with enough cargo space for a small amount of equipment. Four-door sedan or larger works best but we can talk about it further if you have something different for transportation.
Interview Process:

Pay: $17–$25/hr (experience moves you up fast)
