Responsibilities:
- Bantering with customers. Must have an outgoing personality
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes
- Completing hot and cold sub sandwich preparation orders accurately, neatly, and in a very timely fashion
- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the sandwich preparation line
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing an authentic Jersey sub
- Providing friendly, quality customer service to each Jersey Mike’s customer
- Consistently and accurately using prep sheets, station checklists, and manager instruction
- Following Jersey Mike’s sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
- Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to Jersey Mike’s sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time with a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work day and nights shifts, weekends, and holidays
Perks/Benefits/Opportunity:
- Crew members can expect to make between $12 and $16 between hourly rates then TIPS when you know all the subs!
- Scheduling flexible work day shifts/evening shifts varies between the hours of 10am and 9pm
- Must have reliable transportation. Non negotiable.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 37.0 per week
