Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Operate POS systems efficiently, including Aloha and Micros, for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience and promote menu items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Assist in banquet and catering events as needed, showcasing bartending skills in a fine dining environment.
