Position Title: Corporate Recruiter
Reporting to: Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development
Location: 501 W Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC (In Office)
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus 10% bonus target and benefits
The Lead Recruiter is the engine of execution for our talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D), this role owns the full-lifecycle recruiting mechanics—from candidate outreach and high-volume resume screens to scheduling, and interviewing across technical, operational, and business functions.

Drive the hands-on execution of full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical, operational, and commercial roles.

Execute heavy outbound sourcing to systematically populate top-of-funnel candidate pools with diverse, highly qualified talent.

Serve as the frontline ambassador for Well, engaging candidates with high energy, clarity, and conviction regarding our mission and culture.

Utilize diverse sourcing streams, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, industry networking, affinity groups, universities and partner organizations.

Screen high volumes of resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to rigorously assess qualifications and culture fit.

Facilitate candidate logistics and interview coordination, including both virtual and onsite.

Maintain a high-touch, responsive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and minimizing candidate drop-off throughout the interview lifecycle.

Partner with hiring managers to schedule intake sessions, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver feedback in accordance with guidelines established by the TA&D Manager.

Manage the ATS within UKG (Well’s HRIS) with exceptional data integrity, ensuring every stage, scorecards, and candidate notes are updated in real time.

Generate weekly recruitment activity reports (e.g., pipeline health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill) for review with the TA&D Manager.

Ensure strict adherence to federal/state employment laws, EEO compliance, and internal record retention policies.

Support onboarding logistics and Talent Development initiatives as needed.

4+ years of hands-on, full-lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, with proven success executing searches at all levels and across functions, including technical roles

Proven ability to manage high requisition loads and build deep sourcing pipelines.

Advanced working knowledge of enterprise ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing/productivity tools.

Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining clean ATS data and candidate records.

Demonstrated ability to operate as a business partner, using market insights, data and strong judgment to guide hiring managers toward better, faster decisions.

Clear, persuasive communication skills with candidates and internal team members.
