Automotive Title Clerk
We are currently looking for an experienced title clerk and accounting assistant for a full time open position in our accounting office.
Automotive Title Clerk Job Purpose: This positions’ primary responsibilities consist of processing wholesale deals, payoffs as well as DMV Title work using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying Cross Creek Subaru’s policies.
Automotive Title Clerk Job Duties:
Processes/finalizes wholesale deals into accounting software, electronically files them, gets paperwork ready and collects monies
Accurately processes titles for registration.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorneys, etc.
Cuts payoff checks on vehicles received from trade-ins, makes sure titles get received in timely manner, keeps up with received titles in excel spread sheet.
Keeps up with Subaru Service Loaner fleet
Keeps schedules clean (#35 and #37 are main as well as #32 shared with Billing clerk)
Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Answers customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner.
Utilizes ELeads CRM for customer interaction (either call or email via ELeads or leave appropriate notes)
Deposit and phone back up.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed and directed by supervisor.
This position directly reports to the Controller
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
